I heard about pet insurance through the Internet. My veterinarian also mentioned that the pet insurance company was known to handle their claims promptly and without hassle. One day, my cat Neo ate a pair of earplugs! First I took him to the veterinarian and then I called my pet insurance company to make sure the costs were covered. The customer care department was fantastic. Neo required extensive medical attention... surgery, medication, and overnight care. The bills were large, but I did not suffer financially - my claim was paid right away. Did I mention their staff were awesome?!
Neo is now back to doing backflips in the air and talking my ear off. He is quite the chatterbox!

Ellee Mae was just 4 months old when I was doing
renovations on the kitchen. I had mixed up a bucket of wallpaper
remover and water and went upstairs. I was barely out of the room
before I realized the danger of the bucket and an active puppy.
When I retuned Ellee Mae began to vomit almost immediately. She
was brought to emergency where she was kept overnight and then for
one more day at her own veterinarian's. I am so happy to have had
pet insurance to help cover the expenses. I learned a very valuable
lesson that day.

I found out about pet insurance through a friend in our condo. I
decided to sign up my Golden Retriever. One morning my 12 week old Oskar,
got into the bathroom, where he twisted his right rear leg in the arm
rest of the sunken tub and broke it. When I got to the bathroom, Oskar
was shaking and sobbing. We rushed him to Emergency, where he was stabilized
and kept overnight, after that he had his surgery the next day and was
kept for three more nights at his regular veterinarians. Thanks to pet
insurance, Oskar was treated right away and the claim was pre approved
within 5 hours, after the correct documentation was submitted and my claim
was paid quickly too. My dog is insured with pet insurance and I am very pleased
with the results. I continually tell friends and about pet insurance and all
it has done for me.

We found out about pet insurance from our Veterinarian
clinic. We called the pet insurance company right away and had our Yellow Labrador, Eva
LeFay enrolled when she was just an 8 week old puppy. Just recently Eva
LeFay was playing in the neighbourhood and came back with a 12cm laceration
to her leg. It was late at night, so we had to take her to Emergency for
stitches. They next day, she managed to chew her stitches out, so we returned
to the ER and they stapled her wound. An infection emerged and we ended
up taking her to her regular veterinarian, who re-operated on her and
kept her for seven days - five of which she was sedated. Because of pet insurance
we were able to do everything that was needed for Eva's recovery, and
give her the best treatment possible. Eva is fully mended and back to
swimming in the park pond and being the neighbourhood celebrity that she is!
The pet insurance company responded immediately to our situation and has done so in the
past when our dog was injured. We recommend pet insurance to all of our pet-loving
friends.

TYRUS is 7 years old and has been the joy of our lives.
In March of this year Tyrus was diagnosed with Lymphoma, an incurable
disease. Chemotherapy was recommended. We had no idea of the huge expense
this would be. Tyrus is going into his last of the first 8 week sessions.
He is bouncy, eating well and his coat looks great, but most importantly
he is here with us for now. Although this treatment is a only a bandaid,
we are happy that he will be with us at the cottage this summer and hopefully
for a few more years. Pet insurance has helped us immensely, not only financially,
but have kept our spirits up through the bad times. Thankyou from
the bottom of our hearts.
