1. How much are the deductibles?
Deductibles vary with the program you choose. Deductibles will be listed on each program page.

2. What is co-insurance?
Co-insurance represents the amount of each accident or illness which the pet owner is expected to pay. There is no co-insurance ever on QuickCare for Indoor Cats, QuickCare Senior and QuickCare First. QuickCare Plus does not require co-insurance to be withheld from payments on a claim until your dog´s 8th birthday (6th birthday for ´select´ breeds). After that date, you are responsible to pay 20% of your claim.

3. What is a territorial surcharge?
Some insurance companies apply a surcharge on top of the base premium according to the insured's postal code. We do not follow this practice.

4. What if I want to enrol more than one pet?
Each pet receives its own policy. Our online enrollment form allows you to enrol multiple pets at one time. If you are insuring two or more pets, and one of the pets enrolled is a cat, you will receive a 5% discount on each premium. If your pet is registered as a 'Medical Service' pet, you will receive a 10% discount on each premium. Limit one discount per policy.

5. What is the discount for microchipped pets registered with 24PetWatch?
By registering your pet's microchip information with 24PetWatch
identification system, we will give you a 5% discount on any QuickCare Pet Insurance Program. (limit 1 discount per policy)

6. How long will it take for my claim to be paid?
Our mandate is to process your claim within five business days after receiving your completed claims form with original receipts attached and all required medical records from your veterinarian.
